* Local Houston pick-up: you may pick up your order by appt. only we will be as accommodating as possible.
*Shipping will be done within 2-5 business days from the order. We will try to ship as quickly as possible.
*Pre-Ordered items will ship as soon as it arrives and can take up up to a month to arrive from Spain.
*We offers two shipping options within the USA, express and standard delivery.. All orders are sent via trackable mail or courier.
*Once items in an order have been Scanned and Delivered by the courier or mail carrie, Simply Perfect Baby will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.
Please note that we will ship all international packages via UPS or DHL pricing will be based on weight and size. We will send an adjustment to price based on those descriptions.

*We are more than happy to return or exchange any item regular price (not including sale items) within 7 from date of arrival. It must be unworn, unwashed and with tags on it. There will be 20% restocking fee and shipping fee will not be returned.
